Brown Butter & Pistachio Waffles

TIME: 10 minutes // SERVES: 1-2 // DIFFICULTY: Easy

The most delicious waffle you’ll ever eat, made with a pile of whipped Brown Butter and drizzled with Pistachio's creamy pistachio spread.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • 270g all-purpose flour
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 480ml milk
  • 113g Brown Butter, melted + 113g for whipping
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Creamy Pistakio Spread, for drizzling
  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. 
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted churn brown butter, eggs, and vanilla
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined, don’t overmix. 
  4. Cook in a preheated waffle iron until golden and crisp. 
  5. Top with a generous pile of whipped Brown Butter and drizzle Creamy Pistakio Spread over the whole thing​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​. Enjoy!
