Easy honey mustard and dill salmon with Garlic and Shallot butter!
What you'll need
Salt and Pepper
1) Salt and pepper the salmon.
2) Make a sauce of equal parts honey and Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Brush over salmon, and then layer the surface of the salmon with sliced lemons.
3) Slide into the oven for roughly 20 minutes at 325.
4) With about 5 minutes remaining, slide lemons off and brush on some melted garlic and shallot butter. Let finish in the oven and enjoy!
