Organic Grass-Fed Butter, Black Garlic, Balsamic, Sea Salt
We take our Organic, Grass-fed Butter, and blend in Black Garlic, aged balsamic from Italy, and sea salt. It's sweet, savory, and packed with umami flavor!
We highly recommend this on steaks, burgers, and seafood, but it also pairs beautifully with vegetables (we love it on broccoli!), a charcuterie plate, or a savory sandwich.
A quick note on Black garlic: it's the unique product of regular, plain old garlic, that is fermented for about a month at a really low temperature. During the slow-aging process, the garlic bulbs become dark brown in color, become super concentrated in flavor, and take on a tamarind-like consistency. We like to describe the flavor profile as being similar to aged balsamic or molasses. It's sweet, tangy, earthy, and really delicious!
