Double Pesto Butter Panini

TIME: 10-15 min // SERVES: 1 // DIFFICULTY: Easy

This sandy isn’t messing around. A golden crust meets the punch of our pesto butter and a gooey mozzarella melt. Our Pesto Butter is your flavor foundation here — adding depth and richness that elevates every bite. Think food truck favorite meets adult grilled cheese.

WHAT DO I NEED?

2 slices sourdough or rustic bread
3 oz Pesto Butter
1 oz fresh pesto (we love gotham greens!)
2–3 slices mozzarella or fontina (any good melting cheese will do!)
2-3 slices turkey

Build the Sandwich
Spread our Pesto Butter on the outsides of both bread slices. Inside, layer your pesto, turkey, and cheese.
Grill It
Heat a skillet on medium-low. Add the sandwich and press gently. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
Slice & Serve
Slice in half and go to town!
