I used to make my own compound butters, which are labor intensive. I don’t have to do that anymore, now that I have Churn flavored butters handy! They can be both starter butters and finishing butters. I rely on them almost daily. One of my favorites is the Garlic and Shallot one, a must for all my grilled meats. The Everything butter I like using to finish any dish that needs that extra oomph. The Bruschetta one finally makes my pasta sauces rich in flavor! I stumbled upon Churn flavored butters at my local farmers market and it was love at first taste! I never knew finishing butter was even a "thing"... but it is and the flavors are insane. I'm totally addicted to the Miso and enjoy it on everything from organic eggs in the morning to grass-finished Filet Mignon and Corn on the Cobb at night. I got the 6 pack and can't stop experimenting with each unique flavor. Each one delicious and balanced and just as important ...what a massive time saver in the kitchen! My favorite at the moment is the Miso which is an unexpected umami bomb that is a game changer. As if that were not enough, these fine blends come from a small family owned business who couldn't be nicer. Feels really good to support that ❤
