Radish & Butter SandwichTIME: 10 minutes // SERVES: 1-2 // DIFFICULTY: Easy A crisp, briny baguette layered with anchovy-lemon butter, peppery radishes, and fresh greens for a bright, salty bite. WHAT DO I NEED? 1 fresh baguette3–4 tbsp Anchovy & Lemon butter5–6 radishes, thinly slicedSmall handful radish greens, washed and dried4–6 anchovy fillets1–2 tsp olive oilSqueeze of fresh lemon juiceFlaky saltFreshly cracked black pepper Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Lightly toast until the edges are crisp and the inside is still soft.Spread the Anchovy & Lemon butter generously on both sides of the bread so it melts slightly into the warm baguette.Arrange the sliced radishes evenly across the bottom half. Season with flaky salt and black pepper.In a small bowl, toss the radish greens with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice to lightly dress them.Layer the dressed greens over the radishes.Place the anchovy fillets on top, spacing them out so each bite gets a little.Close the sandwich, press gently, and slice.
