These aren’t your standard dogs. We started by toasting (in everything butter, of course!) some golden & pillowy buns, layered on the classics (mustard, relish, and ketchup), and then went Chicago-style to pack just about everything you otherwise would never think would go on a hot dog (unless, of course, you're from Chicago!!) - tomatoes, pickle spears, pickle peppers, and celery salt.
