Green Bean Casserole with Anchovy & Lemon Butter

This isn’t your average holiday side dish. It’s a savory, show-stealing, potato chip–topped masterpiece built on our Anchovy & Lemon Butter. We’re talking sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic, fresh thyme, a splash of broth, a swirl of cream — all pulled together with a buttery backbone that’s rich, briny, and bright.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Ingredients

- Green beans

- Anchovy & Lemon Butter

- Red onions

- Mushrooms

- Thyme

- Garlic

- Flour

- Beef broth

- Heavy cream

- Potato chips

Instructions

1) Heat up a pot of water to boil, and briefly cook your green beans for about 5 minutes until tender. Toss in ice water to cool when finished.

2) Take a separate pan or shallow pot (a rondeau works great!), and saute onions, mushrooms, thyme, garlic, and a couple spoonfuls of flour with about 2 oz of Anchovy & Lemon Butter!

3) Toss in 1 cup of Broth (Beef, Chicken, or Veggie), Heavy Cream, bring to a simmer, and toss in green beans to finish.

4) Top with crushed potato chips, and enjoy!!!
