Maple & Cinnamon Granola

TIME: 40 minutes // SERVES: 6 cups // DIFFICULTY: Easy

A golden, crunchy granola made with Maple & Cinnamon butter, toasted pecans, oats, and dried fruit.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups pecan halves, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup crunchy cereal or puffed grain
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup Maple & Cinnamon butter, melted
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, pecans, crunchy cereal, dried cranberries, raisins, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Melt the Maple & Cinnamon butter and whisk together with the maple syrup and vanilla. Pour over the oat mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the granola into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until deeply golden and fragrant.
  5. Remove from the oven and leave the granola undisturbed for at least 20–30 minutes. It will crisp up as it cools.
  6. Once completely cool, break the granola into chunky clusters and transfer to an airtight container.
