The Creamiest & Butteriest Mashed Potatoes with Four Herb Butter

WHAT DO I NEED?

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 5 tubs of Churn Four Herb Butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes

    In a large pot, cover Yukon gold potatoes with cold water. Add a generous pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes).
  2. Drain and mash

    Drain the potatoes well, then return to the pot or a large bowl. Use a ricer or masher to break them down until smooth.
  3. Add Four Herb Butter & cream

    While the potatoes are still hot, add Churn Four Herb Butter and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine until luxuriously creamy.
  4. Season to taste

    Add salt to taste and stir again.
  5. Garnish & serve

    Spoon into a serving dish, top with an extra dollop of Four Herb Butter and a sprinkle of fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm!!
