Brown Butter & Brie Toast Points

TIME: 20 minutes // SERVES: 6-8 // DIFFICULTY: Easy

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • 1 loaf sourdough, cut into triangles
  • 3–4 tbsp Brown Butter, softened
  • 6 oz brie, sliced
  • ¼ cup Terrapin Ridge Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam
  • Fresh rosemary leaves
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread Brown Butter generously over each sourdough triangle and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crisp.
  4. Top each toast with a slice of brie while still warm.
  5. Spoon a dollop of blueberry bourbon pecan jam over the brie.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary and a pinch of flaky sea salt, if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
