Maple & Cinnamon Butter Latte with Cold Foam

TIME: 10 minutes // SERVES: 1 // DIFFICULTY: Easy

WHAT DO I NEED?

Latte Base

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond work best)
  • 1 shot (about 2 oz) freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Churn’s Maple Cinnamon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Cinnamon Maple Cold Foam

  • ¼ cup cold heavy cream (or half & half)
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  1. Make the latte base:
  • Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
  • Whisk in Churn’s Maple Cinnamon Butter until fully melted and incorporated.
  • Froth the milk until creamy and foamy.
  • Pour the espresso into a mug, then add the frothy maple-cinnamon milk. Sweeten with maple syrup if desired.

2. Make the cold foam:

  • In a small pitcher or jar, combine the cold cream, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Froth with a handheld frother (or whisk vigorously) until thickened and silky, like melted ice cream.

3. Assemble:

  • Spoon or pour the cold foam over the latte.
  • Dust with an extra pinch of cinnamon, if desired.
