Stovetop popcorn, made dangerously good with hot honey butter!
WHAT DO I NEED?
- 1 standard bag plain microwave popcorn
- 2 tbsp Hot Honey Butter
- Pinch flaky salt
Let the hot honey butter sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes so it’s spreadable and soft, not melted.
Microwave according to package directions. Let it sit for 30 seconds before opening so the steam settles.
Carefully open the bag and drop spoonfuls of the softened butter directly inside. Fold the top of the bag closed and shake well until the butter melts from the heat of the popcorn and coats everything.
Pour into a bowl and add a pinch of flaky salt if you want a salty-sweet balance.
