Black Garlic Butter Honeybaked Ham

This is not your grandma’s ham — unless she was layering in deep umami savoriness by glazing with black garlic butter! Our Black Garlic Butter gives this spiral ham a rich, complex flavor that’s sticky-sweet, garlicky, and completely addictive. It's the star of any feast.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • 1 spiral-cut ham (7-8 lbs)
  • 3–4 oz CHURN Black Garlic Butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  1. Preheat & Prep - Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan lined with foil.
  2. Glaze it up - in a pan, simmer Black Garlic Butter with brown sugar, honey, and Dijon. Bring to a slow boil, until the sugars totally dissolve, and pour over about 1/3 of the glaze over your ham.
  3. Bake & Baste - Cover your ham with foil and bake for 1–1.5 hours (about 10 minutes per pound). Uncover, brush with glaze, and return to oven. Repeat every 15–20 minutes until glossy and caramelized. For the last second, turn the heat up in your oven to 425 deg for 5 min to get some last minute caramelization going!
  4. Finish & Serve - Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices or extra melted black garlic butter on the side!!
