Pizza with Pesto Butter, Anchovy & Lemon!

TIME: 30 min // SERVES: 2-3 // DIFFICULTY: Medium

This pizza pulls no punches! A crisp crust layered with Pesto Butter, mozzarella, and tangy lemon slices gets crowned with bold, umami-rich anchovies from our friends at Fishwife. It’s salty, zesty, and buttery — and it is the moment.

WHAT DO I NEED?

1 store-bought or homemade pizza dough
3-4 oz Pesto Butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced or zested
1 tin Anchovies
chopped dill and rosemary (for garnish)

Build your Base - Preheat your oven to 475 deg F (or turn on your pizza one, if you have one!). Stretch out your dough on a pre-heated baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread & Briefly Bake- spread Pesto Butter all over the base, bake until butter is melted and bubbling.
Assemble the Pizza and Bake again - top with mozzarella, thin lemon slices, and lay anchovies across the top.
Bake in your hot oven at 475 degrees until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubblin
Eat it while it's hot!! And top with freshly chopped dill and rosemary
