the EASIEST and MOST DELICIOUS garlic bread!

This is garlic bread turned all the way up. We’re taking rich sourdough, absolutely slathering it in Garlic & Shallot Butter, and sending it under the broiler until the edges are crisp, the middle is buttery, and the aroma is nothing short of hypnotic. Topped with a bit of fresh grated cheese, this is your new dinner party MVP.

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • 1 loaf crusty sourdough
  • 1 tub of Garlic & Shallot Butter
  • ¼ cup grated melty cheese (like Provolone, Jack, or Gruyere!)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup grated melty cheese (like Provolone, Jack, or Gruyere!)
  1. Prep & Slather
    Slice sourdough loaf in half lengthwise. Generously brush each side with Garlic & Shallot Butter. Don't forget to spread it thick!
  2. Top & Broil
    Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place under a broiler for 2–3 minutes, or until golden, bubbly, and crisp. 
  3. Finish & Serve
    Remove from oven and go to town!!
