We make our miso butter by blending our grass-fed, organic butter with a traditional Japanese Shinshu style red miso and our signature garlic confit. The end result is an absolute umami flavor bomb, perfect for all of your sauces, vegetables, proteins, and so much more!
We love it tossed into a pan of sautéing vegetables, brushed thickly atop grilling meats and seafood, or simply added to a soup or sauce for seriously elevated flavor.
