Garlicky Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts

TIME: 30 min // SERVES: 3-4 // DIFFICULTY: Easy

Sweet, savory, salty, and crispy — these Brussels sprouts bring major flavor thanks to our Garlic & Shallot butter and some high quality Maple Syrup. That sweet and savory glaze caramelizes just beautifully in the oven - and you'll never want to skip the veggies again!

WHAT DO I NEED?

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 4 tbsp Garlic & Shallot Butter (could also go half Garlic & Shallot, and half Maple & Cinnamon here!)
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup (Crown Maple is our favorite!)
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Prep & Toss - Preheat oven to 400, and toss halved Brussels and diced bacon with melted Garlic & Shallot Butter, Maple Syrup, and salt & pepper
  2. Roast - Spread your sprouts down on a sheet pan (pro tip: it helps if it's pre-heated to maximize crispiness!). Roast for 20-30 minutes until golden and crispy!
  3. Serve it up and enjoy responsibly!! Another pro tip: fresh out of the oven, throw in some extra butter (either Garlic & Shallot or Maple & Cinnamon!)
